GT99Bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to the GT99Bet website and all associated services.

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi number)
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• A strong password

Each individual is entitled to only One can open an account. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated and balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

GT99Bet is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Protecting minors from gaming and betting is our ethical responsibility.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Prior to your first withdrawal
• For large-value transactions
• When updating account information
• If flagged by the system

Documents required for KYC verification:

• National ID Card (NID) – clear photos of both front and back
• A recent selfie holding your NID
• Proof of address (if required)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if KYC verification is incomplete.

Withdrawals at GT99Bet are simple and fast. However, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be completed
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name
• The rollover requirement must be completed before bonus balance can be withdrawn

Withdrawal processing time:

• Bank Transfer: 1–3 Business Days

GT99Bet reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious withdrawal requests. Additional verification may be requested if necessary.

General Bonus Policy:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (applicable to new member bonuses)
• Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is completed

• Any bonus not used before its expiry will be automatically cancelled

All betting activity on GT99Bet is governed by the following rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (with limited exceptions)
• The minimum bet amount depends on the relevant game or event
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets will be considered void
• If betting based on match-fixing or unfair advantage is detected, all winnings will be voided

Bets may be automatically voided under the following circumstances:

• If cancelled before the event begins
• If a game fails to complete properly due to a technical error
• In the event of a provider system issue

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GT99Bet:

• Attempting to operate or create multiple accounts
• Opening an account using another person's identity
• Bonus system abuse or manipulation
• Using software bots or automated systems to play
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information

GT99Bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Suspicious or unusual transactions
• Security reasons
• At the user's own request

You may also request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

If you wish to reactivate a closed account, please contact our support team. However, accounts closed due to rule violations may not be eligible for reinstatement.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
